2020 Mission: Aklan
On January 11, 2020 Saturday @ 2pm in the province of Aklan in the city of Numancia specifically in the Barangay of East Dongon. You, our CIFC partners helped distribute 50 backpacks for 50 elementary kids.
In these backpacks were:
1.)Slippers
2.)Notebooks
3.)Pencils
4.)Crayons
In addition to these giveaways were the feeding of roughly about 150-175 attendees (the 50 kids included).
On the menu were:
1.)Spaghetti
2.)Fried Chicken
3.)Pansit
4.)Fruit Juices and drinks
There were additional Canned goods (sardines), chocolates and candies given to the parents. On top of these were cash prizes given to both kids and parents alike, who participated in fun, family and friendly games. The cash prizes were given away by the Host family's patriarch.
This event was made possible because of the 2019 Christmas Caroling fundraising by the CIFC family. Below are more pictures for you to enjoy.
